Refunds

  • Photos or evidence of the problem, if possible.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all original accessories and packaging.
  • The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Refund Timelines
