Effortless Returns Process
To initiate a return for your purchase, it is necessary to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our wholesale department.
You can return any unopened merchandise (excluding Skincare and Haircare products) in its original condition, along with the original packaging and packing slip, within a 30-day period from the date of receipt. Upon approval, you will be eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping charges and any gift wrapping fees.
Please note that any expenses incurred for returning the product to us will not be reimbursed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages, unless the error is on our part.
Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for Skincare or Haircare items due to health considerations. We advise you to make your product selections with care.
